There are 15 comfortable apartments in the guest house. You can choose between Family apartment on the 1 floor and Standard apartment (double room, triple room) on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Kitchen areas for public use with all necessary cooking ancillaries ( shared refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker (two burners), ironing facilities. and also most necessary dishes) at your disposal. Cozy and comfortable apartments are designed in contemporary European-style. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. Bathroom towels and bed linen are changed in case of long stays (more than 7 days). You may change them more often (available at a supplement). By agreement it is possible to get the additional beds in your room: 1. Children up to the age of 6 are accommodated free of charge (without a separate berth and board provided) 2. Children up to the age of 6 are provided by a cot conditions for 300 rub a day. 3. Children between 6 and 14 provided by an additional bed for 200 rub a day. 4.Persons over 14 years of age provided by an additional bed (cot is possible) for 400 rub a day.

Booking conditions: advance payment of 1 night's charge. Booking can be canceled with no cancellation fees maximum 60 days prior to arrival.
Double room with a common balcony
Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
Room area is 18m². Furniture - two single (80/200 cm) beds or one double(160/200 cm) bed - it depends on your wishes; a wardrobe, a table, a chair, a mirror.
Bathroom includes a shower, a sink, a hairdryer, WC, toiletries.
Equipment - digital TV, split system, mini fridge, tumble dryer.
Balcony is equipped by the furniture (a table and 2 chairs). Balcony is shared.
